We count anonymous visits and interactions on this site — how long people stay, which parts they read, and whether they tap the phone number or start the estimate form — so we can report traffic to the business owner. This does not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers or IP addresses, and nothing is stored on your device. To count how many different people visit each day rather than how many pages get opened, our server turns your network address and browser into a scrambled code that changes every day and cannot be turned back into you, read by anyone else, or matched to your visit on any other day. The address itself is never written down. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.
We use your details for one thing: getting back to you about your job and quoting the work. We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers that host this site and deliver our reply to us.
